Gonzaga Bulldogs players debut in EuroLeague with strong expectations

Summary

The EuroLeague 2026-27 season has begun, featuring former Gonzaga players Nigel Williams-Goss, Filip Petrusev, and Mario Saint-Supery. Williams-Goss, as the lead guard for Žalgiris Kaunas, looks to fill a significant role following the departure of key player Sylvain Francisco. Petrusev joins Dubai Basketball after a tough first year hampered by injury but aims to strengthen the frontcourt. Saint-Supery is contracted with Valencia Basket through 2030 and will look to make an impact as a rookie. Their performance could influence their teams' standings early in the season.
