While D'Angelo, Rook, and Shugars secured a win in that contest, Waller dismissed their performance as insufficient to pose a threat to his reign. The champion maintains that no wrestler currently on the NXT brand possesses the ability to unseat him. Waller intends to continue his tenure as the face of the division while remaining dismissive of the collective efforts made by the locker room to earn a title opportunity.
