Hakeem Adeniji retires just days after joining Baltimore Ravens

Summary

Hakeem Adeniji has been placed on the reserve/retired list by the Baltimore Ravens, just eight days after signing with the team. The former Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman, drafted in the sixth round of the 2020 NFL Draft, had started 15 regular-season games and seven playoff games with the Bengals. At age 28, Adeniji's retirement follows a brief tenure with the Ravens, leaving the team seeking other depth options along the offensive line.
