Jack Johnson joins Ohio State Women's Ice Hockey as associate head coach

Jack Johnson, who concluded his 19-year NHL career with the Columbus Blue Jackets, will be the new associate head coach for the Ohio State Women’s Ice Hockey program. Johnson, a former standout at the University of Michigan, played a significant portion of his NHL career in Columbus. He will be returning to the city after also serving as a professional scout for the Vancouver Canucks. Ohio State has seen success in women's ice hockey, reaching the Frozen Four in six consecutive tournaments and winning two championships.
