Jacksonville Jaguars sign Joey Aguilar and Nick Mullens to practice squad

The Jacksonville Jaguars added two quarterbacks to their practice squad on Monday following the final round of roster cuts. Both Joey Aguilar and Nick Mullens joined the team after being waived ahead of the league's 53-man roster deadline. Aguilar, a former Tennessee standout, previously appeared in 13 games during the 2025 season. The Jaguars filled out the remainder of their practice squad by signing 12 other players, including wide receivers Tim Jones, Trebor Pena, Austin Trammell, and Michael Wortham. Other additions include defensive tackle T.J. Bollers, offensive linemen Geron Christian Sr., Jimto Obidegwu, and Kilian Zierer, linebackers Jack Kiser and Jalen McLeod, cornerback Jabbar Muhammad, safety Cam'Ron Silmon-Craig, and running back J'Mari Taylor. The team finalized these moves one day after the preseason concluded.
