Jacob Misiorowski is scratched from start against Pirates and All-Star Game

Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Jacob Misiorowski has been scratched from Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Pirates due to right arm fatigue and will also miss the MLB All-Star Game. Misiorowski expressed disappointment but acknowledged the need for rest, as this is his first full Major League season. He last pitched on July 7, allowing three runs and striking out 11 over seven innings. Manager Pat Murphy confirmed that Misiorowski will not require an injured list stint and is expected to return after the All-Star Break. Robert Gasser will start in his place on Sunday as the Brewers maintain a six-game lead in the NL Central.
