Jalen Carter's extension complicates future for Moro Ojomo in Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Eagles have secured Jalen Carter and Jordan Davis to significant long-term contracts, which may affect the retention of Moro Ojomo in 2027. Ojomo is set to play his final season with the Eagles in 2026 before entering unrestricted free agency. Having played extensively and recorded strong statistics last season, Ojomo's potential market value could rise, especially after the departure of Milton Williams. The Eagles face challenges in allocating resources to multiple defensive tackles, and while an extension is possible, Ojomo may seek a bigger contract elsewhere given his performance trajectory. A successful 2026 season could make him a target for other teams.
