Jase Richardson scores 25 points in NBA Summer League action

Former Michigan State guard Jase Richardson excelled in the NBA Summer League on July 15, scoring 25 points in the Orlando Magic's 97-92 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers. Richardson shot 10 of 15 from the field, contributing four assists, two rebounds, and three steals. He is entering his second NBA season after being a first-round pick by the Magic in the 2025 NBA Draft. Last season, he averaged 4.4 points per game in 54 appearances. Richardson previously led the Spartans to a Big Ten championship and an Elite Eight appearance during his freshman season in 2024-25.
