The state Gaming Commission announced the suspension stemming from an incident aboard And One More Time, which won the race amidst a stewards' inquiry regarding potential interference. Although a foul claim was made by John Velazquez, the result was upheld after review. Castellano, who recently achieved his 6,000th career win, will ride The Puma in this weekend's Travers Stakes, adding to his record of seven victories in the event's history.
