Jim Ross provides health update following recent brain surgery

AEW announcer Jim Ross shared an update regarding his recovery from brain surgery conducted earlier this month. Ross reports he is healing slowly and continues to experience prominent headaches and equilibrium issues. Because of a small mass identified on one of his kidneys, doctors have limited his pain medication options. While the renal mass is not believed to be cancerous and may be removable, the surgical team is currently focusing on his neurological recovery. Ross previously spent 27 days in the hospital during June following a fall, and he recently sustained another fall at his home that necessitated the use of a walker. Due to medical advice, he did not travel to London for the All In event as originally planned. His surgeons have instructed him to remain patient as he works to regain his health and routine.
