Bristol Rovers right-back Joel Senior has left the club after requesting a transfer to be closer to his family. Senior, who played 58 games for the team since joining from Morecambe in 2024, made 31 appearances last season. Manager Steve Evans confirmed that Senior asked to leave during a meeting in May after the season ended. The player had a two-year deal with an option for an additional year.
