Jonathon Brooks will not participate in the Hall of Fame Game between the Carolina Panthers and Arizona Cardinals tonight. Confirmed by coach Dave Canales, Brooks is among several players expected to sit out as he competes for the starting running back position after injuries have limited his playing time. He has appeared in only three games since being drafted due to two ACL tears.
