Former San Antonio Spurs first-round draft pick Joshua Primo has signed a one-year deal with BC Parma of the VTB United League in Russia. The 23-year-old guard spent last season recovering from an injury and did not play in the NBA. Drafted 12th overall in 2021, Primo appeared in 54 total NBA games for the San Antonio Spurs and the Los Angeles Clippers. He was waived by the San Antonio Spurs in 2022 following allegations of exposing himself to multiple women, a situation that led to a lawsuit and a subsequent four-game league suspension before the 2023-24 season. Primo later signed with the Windy City Bulls but was waived before appearing in a game. He now joins a BC Parma roster that includes former NBA players B. J. Johnson and Jeremiah Martin.
