Julio Rodríguez, the Seattle Mariners' center fielder, is anticipated to return to the lineup on Saturday against the San Francisco Giants. Rodríguez was placed on the seven-day injured list on July 3 due to a concussion sustained when he was hit in the back of the head during a game on July 2. He participated in pregame drills and ran the bases before a potential return. General manager Justin Hollander is hopeful about Rodríguez's availability pending his performance in Friday's pregame activities. Meanwhile, Brendan Donovan of the Mariners has begun a rehab assignment after a groin strain sidelined him since May.
