Kansas State has reportedly added defensive back Ben Osueke to its roster for the 2026 season. Osueke secured eligibility for a sixth year of competition through a court-granted temporary restraining order. The defensive back previously competed at Temple for three seasons following a two-year stint at Blinn Junior College. Last year, Osueke recorded 30 tackles, one interception, and eight passes defended as a third-team All-AAC selection. His addition comes as Kansas State navigates an injury to defensive back Donovan McIntosh and works to deepen its secondary behind starters Zachson Rich and Kaleb Patterson. Coach Collin Klein has not yet made a public statement regarding the addition, though he is scheduled to appear on a weekly radio show Wednesday night. Kansas State prepares for its next game against Washington State on Saturday, Sept. 12.
