Kentucky women's soccer shuts out Detroit Mercy in season opener

Kentucky women's soccer launched its season with a commanding 6-0 victory over Detroit Mercy on August 13 at Bell Soccer Complex. Alexis Tylenda scored within the first two minutes, with goals from Nadia Ramadan and Kyla Dawn extending the lead to 4-0 by halftime. Juliette Rayo and Dani Chaump each added a goal in the second half, contributing to UK’s dominant performance. The Wildcats significantly outshot their opponents, 31-3, including 13 shots on goal.
