Kevin Knight confirms interest in future matches against The Hurt Syndicate

AEW wrestler Kevin Knight addressed the possibility of competing against The Hurt Syndicate members Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin. In a recent interview, Knight described both veterans and their manager, MVP, as mentors who provide him with professional guidance. While he expressed an openness to working with the duo again, he noted that any future matchups would depend on the right circumstances. Knight previously faced Lashley and Benjamin in tag team competition during the summer of 2025. That series included a title challenge at AEW All In, where Knight and then-partner Speedball Mike Bailey lost to the tag team champions. Knight is currently coming off a successful 2026 campaign that included a record-setting TNT Championship reign and a headline match at AEW Redemption.
