Kevin Walters backs a partnership between NRL and Super League

Walters stated that a formal agreement could provide financial stability and elevate player rewards within the European competition. St Helens chairman Eamonn McManus previously emphasized that any arrangement should focus on growing the sport globally rather than one league absorbing another. Walters will transition to his new role with St Helens following his duties with Australia in the upcoming World Cup.
