Sammy Scritchfield scored both goals for the Seahawks, netting the first off a free kick from Silas Leith in the first half. He added a second goal via a header following a throw-in from Elijah Ziler in the second half. Peyton Poland recorded nine saves for the Seahawks to secure the win. Grace Academy, entering the match with a 4-0 record, suffered its first loss of the season. Lighthouse Christian next travels to face Mount Airy Christian on Friday at 7 p.m. In separate action, Mountain Ridge moved to 4-0 on the season by defeating Clear Spring 6-1, with Weston McGann scoring twice.
