Lily Wachter qualifies for third Drive, Chip and Putt Finals at Augusta

Lily Wachter of St. Augustine secured her spot for the Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals by winning the girls' 14-15 division at the regional qualifier held on September 12 at TPC Sawgrass. Although she did not win individual skills contests, her overall performance across chipping, putting, and driving earned her 139 points, placing her ahead of second-place Alyssa Cleckly. Wachter previously won the national finals in 2024 and will compete again on April 4, 2027. In related events, Jayan Chary won the boys' 10-11 division while Brady Drewitt finished third in the boys' 7-9 division, with all second and third place finishers serving as alternates.
