What they're saying

Well, well, well, look what we have here. This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw went north of the border to determine the final of a tournament designed to find the next challenger to Roman Reigns when WWE heads south of the border next month. Indeed, the semifinals of the World Heavyweight Championship No. 1 Contender’s Tournament were held this evening in Ottawa. First, Rey Fenix and Dragon Lee went out and tore the house down, emptying their clips with a stupid fun back-and-forth battle. In the end, Fenix used the Mexican Muscle Buster to advance. Later, in a match that wasn’t nearly as exciting, Penta used the Mexican Destroyer to defeat La Parka to book his ticket to a showdown against his brother with everything on the line. That gives us Fenix vs. Penta in the Final, with the winner advancing to Mexico City on Sept. 14 to take on Roman Reigns. They almost certainly have no real chance at winning that match but the atmosphere should be electric and you don’t have to win to become a made man in WWE. Plus, think of all the possibilities this opens up now. Right?!?
