Madison football earns consecutive victories against Norwalk

Madison Township defeated the Norwalk Truckers 42-7 on Friday to secure its first two-game winning streak since 2016. Damarrion Lloyd led the offensive effort with 227 rushing yards and four touchdowns on 11 carries. The Rams finished the game with 302 total rushing yards, while the defense held the Truckers to 234 yards of total offense and recorded 10 tackles for loss. This result moves Madison to a 2-1 record, marking the first time the program has been over.500 since 2016. Coach Kobi Johnson attributed the team's performance to improved consistency in coaching and player trust. The team now turns its attention to its Ohio Cardinal Conference opener against Wooster next week.
