Beckett Crouch leads C.M. Russell to victory over Missoula Sentinel

The C.M. Russell High football team secured a 28-25 victory over Missoula Sentinel on September 4 at Memorial Stadium. Quarterback Beckett Crouch threw for three touchdowns in the win, including the game-winning 11-yard pass to Blake Katz with three seconds remaining. Missoula Sentinel had claimed a short-lived lead late in the fourth quarter following two unanswered touchdowns. The C.M. Russell defense contributed by forcing two turnovers in the first half through interceptions by Brody Helgeson and Grayson Muzzana. Additionally, Ethan Gilcher and Landon Bahmiller forced turnovers-on-downs with fourth-down sacks. C.M. Russell now turns its attention to an Eastern AA matchup against Belgrade on September 10.
