Manchester City set to bid for Chelsea’s Enzo Fernandez
Summary

Manchester City appears ready to make a move for Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez as the transfer window approaches its deadline. Reports indicate that City has cleared player sales to create room in their squad and have the required funds to pursue the World Cup winner. Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso has expressed a desire for clarity regarding Fernandez's future following Chelsea's victory over Fulham. While City prepares to submit an offer, Chelsea may only consider selling if they bolster their own squad first. Current indications suggest that negotiations might extend towards the deadline day.
