Manchester City have signed 22-year-old winger Allan Elias from Brazilian club Palmeiras. The transfer involves an initial fee of 32 million pounds with an additional 2.2 million pounds in potential add-ons, tied to a five-year contract. Elias arrives as a replacement for Savio, who joined Tottenham Hotspur last week. The Brazilian winger recorded nine goals and 12 assists in 96 appearances for Palmeiras.
