Manchester City has signed winger Allan Elias from Palmeiras, finalizing a deal worth approximately €40 million. The package includes a €37.5 million fixed fee and €2.5 million in add-ons. This addition comes as City seeks to fill the gap left by Savinho's departure to Tottenham, for which they could receive up to €85 million.
