Manchester United eye Manu Koné as Roma seek urgent transfer resolution

Manchester United are monitoring French midfielder Manu Koné, who remains a target despite no formal bid yet. Roma, under pressure to finalize a transfer by July 31 due to UEFA financial obligations, are awaiting movement as Koné is still on a post-tournament break until August 10. Other players are returning to training, adding urgency to Roma's situation. Sources indicate that Manchester United's lack of immediate action may jeopardize their chances of securing Koné, as they typically express interest but do not act decisively.
