Manchester United ramps up pursuit of Mateus Fernandes from West Ham

Summary

Manchester United is intensifying efforts to acquire midfielder Mateus Fernandes from West Ham United. Following West Ham's relegation from the Premier League, Fernandes emerged as a key target for United, who seek an ideal partner for Kobbie Mainoo. Reports indicate that United may secure Fernandes' services as West Ham faces financial pressures, needing to sell players to avoid breaching financial regulations.
