Manchester United set to discuss Aurelien Tchouameni transfer with Real Madrid

Summary

Manchester United are preparing to engage in talks with Real Madrid regarding midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni. The club has faced challenges in securing midfield targets this summer, including failures to land Elliot Anderson and Mateus Fernandes. Sources indicate that United's focus has now shifted to Tchouameni, who is in the final two years of his contract with Real Madrid. His addition could enhance United's midfield alongside Bruno Fernandes and Kobbie Mainoo. The transfer talks will take place while Tchouameni is participating in the World Cup with France, which may complicate their negotiations.
