Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey publicly commented on the recent arrest of Daejon Love, who was taken into custody in Boise, Idaho, on August 24. Love and his associate, Taylor Jamie Chan, face charges of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud following a scheme that allegedly defrauded more than two dozen women of approximately $1.3 million. Prosecutors state that Love used fake documents and posed as a San Francisco 49ers player on dating applications to solicit money for fabricated investments. During a podcast segment, Humphrey questioned the criminal nature of the actions and suggested that victims should have been more skeptical of the investment claims.
