Mat Ishbia rules out Devin Booker trade to Detroit Pistons

Mat Ishbia, the owner of the Phoenix Suns, has dismissed rumors of trading Devin Booker to the Detroit Pistons. Despite Booker's Michigan roots, Ishbia stated, "When I’m dead, Devin Booker will never be a Detroit Piston." Booker has been with the Suns since 2015 and recently signed a contract extension to remain with the team through the 2029-30 season. The Suns view him as a cornerstone player, and Ishbia is committed to keeping him in Phoenix for the foreseeable future.
