Meadville soccer wins against Girard while General McLane defeats Franklin

Kael Armstrong recorded three goals and two assists to lead Meadville to a 6-2 non-region victory over Girard on September 2. Gabe Tisland, Jack Gunn, and Tio Aitken also scored for Meadville, while Elijah Miller, Sam Venesky, and Gunn contributed assists. In other regional action, Franklin fell to General McLane by a 10-1 score in a non-region match. Chum Whittling provided the lone goal for the Knights at the 74th minute. Additionally, the Titusville volleyball team secured a non-region win over Union City. Titusville dropped the third and fourth sets but responded to take the fifth, finishing with set scores of 25-21, 25-9, 25-17, 25-23, 16-14.
