Michael Barrett has joined the Baltimore Ravens after signing on Wednesday. The reunion comes with defensive coordinator Jesse Minter, who coached Barrett at Michigan. With linebacker depth a concern due to injuries to Jamon Johnson, Carl Jones Jr., and Reid Williford, Barrett may step in for preseason snaps against the Commanders. Barrett previously contributed significantly to Michigan's defense, leading to his selection in the 2024 NFL Draft. He has since spent time on various practice squads and played in the UFL.
