Michigan offers scholarship to sophomore Detroit Cass Tech prospect Peyton Robinson

Michigan extended a scholarship offer to Peyton Robinson, a sophomore athlete from Detroit Cass Tech, on September 7. Robinson received the offer from wide receivers coach Micah Simon after attending the team's victory over Western Michigan at The Big House. The recruit, who also contributes as a return man and cornerback for the 2-0 Technicians, grew up as a fan of the Michigan program. His connection to the university includes training with former players Devin Gardner, Terry Richardson, and Raymon Taylor. While holding offers from other institutions, Robinson identified the Michigan opportunity as a significant development in his recruitment process. He is currently competing in his second season at the high school level following a strong performance during 7-on-7 summer activities.
