Mighty Marching Hornets and Sound of the South perform at halftime

Alabama State and Troy staged a halftime performance featuring their respective bands during their football game on Saturday, September 12. The Mighty Marching Hornets of Alabama State and the Sound of the South from Troy participated in the musical event. Observers evaluated the performances across several categories, with the Sound of the South earning top marks for its drumline and brass, woodwind, and percussion sections. The Mighty Marching Hornets received higher recognition for their drum major and majorette presentations.
