MMA fighter Brennen Moorefield to compete in Orlando sumo tournament

A professional sumo tournament will take place in Orlando, featuring local MMA fighter Brennen Moorefield among the first announced competitors. The Pro Era V tournament, organized by World Elite Sumo, is scheduled for November 21 at Caribe Royale Orlando. The event will showcase 12 competitors in an open-weight format, allowing various sizes of wrestlers to compete against each other. Moorefield, who is 5 feet 10 inches and weighs 230 pounds, has a background in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and MMA, having previously achieved three first-round knockouts. Ticket sales are currently open for the event, and additional competitors will be announced later.
