The 2026 Music City Bowl is scheduled for December 30 at 2 p.m. CT at Nissan Stadium in Nashville. This will be the 28th edition of the bowl, which has taken place in Nashville since 1998. The game will continue a conference agreement with the SEC and Big Ten, extended through the 2026 season. The previous bowl in 2025 featured Tennessee against Illinois, a close game that ended with Illinois winning 30-28 on a walk-off field goal.
