MyGolfSpy names Manakiki Golf Course the top municipal course in Ohio

The Manakiki Golf Course in Willoughby Hills has been named the best municipal golf course in Ohio by the golf equipment review site MyGolfSpy. Located 17 miles east of Cleveland, the facility is operated by the Cleveland Metroparks. The 18-hole course was designed by architect Donald Ross in 1924 and is noted for its elevation changes, ravines, and strategic greens. Green fees at the location range from $21 to $51. Rankings were determined based on a variety of criteria, including historical significance, community impact, affordability, and golfer feedback. The course, which spans 200 acres, previously hosted the Carling World Open in 1953 and 1954.
