Napheesa Collier's future with the Lynx uncertain ahead of free agency

Napheesa Collier's contract with the Minnesota Lynx is approaching its end, leading to speculation about her potential departure as WNBA free agency nears. Multiple teams could be in the mix for the star forward, including the Golden State Valkyries, Seattle Storm, Indiana Fever, Toronto Tempo, and New York Liberty. The Valkyries could capitalize on their recent playoff appearances by adding Collier, while the Storm offers a young core that may appeal to her. The Fever could create a powerful trio if conditions align, whereas the Tempo represents a wildcard option. The Liberty, though financially challenged, might still attempt to build a superteam if Collier expresses interest. The Lynx's recent playoff exits could influence her decision as the upcoming off-season approaches.
