Nick Senzel's baseball career struggles continue in Atlantic League

Nick Senzel, once a top prospect for the Cincinnati Reds, is facing an uncertain future in baseball after struggling in the independent Atlantic League. After 16 games with the Lexington Legends, Senzel's performance included a.172 batting average despite four home runs. His recent history includes a brief stint with Triple-A Oklahoma City in the Dodgers organization, where he batted.179 in 23 games. Previously, Senzel played for the Reds, Nationals, and White Sox but has not returned to MLB since his initial promise as the No. 2 overall pick in 2016.
