Summary

Nottingham Forest is negotiating a €15 million deal with Celta Vigo for right-back Javi Rueda. This transfer is expected to be their final signing of the summer window, following the acquisition of Liam Delap from Chelsea. Oliver Glasner is looking for a player who can effectively play the right wing-back position, and the 24-year-old Rueda, a former Real Madrid academy player, fits that profile.
