Nottingham Forest targets Giorgi Mamardashvili from Liverpool as new goalkeeper

Summary

Nottingham Forest is pursuing a deal for Liverpool goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili as the transfer window nears its end. Manager Oliver Glasner seeks a new first-choice goalkeeper after a failed bid for Dean Henderson. Mamardashvili, who joined Liverpool for £25 million, is reportedly frustrated with his current role behind Alisson Becker. Liverpool, facing registration challenges, is considering Mamardashvili’s departure as they negotiate the addition of Bradley Barcola from PSG.
