Ole Miss earned a 41-38 victory over Louisville at Nissan Stadium in Nashville on September 6. Trinidad Chambliss directed the final offensive drive to the 31-yard line, setting up a 48-yard field goal from Lucas Carneiro as time expired. Chambliss finished the game with 336 passing yards and three touchdowns, while Deuce Alexander recorded 159 receiving yards and two scores.
