Ousmane Dembélé selects Ballon d'Or favorites including Harry Kane and Kylian Mbappé

Paris Saint-Germain winger Ousmane Dembélé identified his personal top three candidates for the upcoming Ballon d'Or award. Speaking in an interview with L’Equipe, Dembélé named Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, and teammate Kylian Mbappé as his top choices. He also highlighted Bayern Munich midfielder Michael Olise for his performance during the 2025/26 season, noting that Olise earned recognition as the Bundesliga player of the season. The Ballon d'Or process involves a panel of journalists from 100 FIFA-affiliated nations who vote on a list of 30 nominees compiled by France Football and L’Equipe. While Dembélé provided his personal assessment of the top performers, the official winner will be determined by the final tally of points from the international voting panel later this year.
