Owen Huggins rushed for 117 yards and scored all four touchdowns as Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake defeated Troy 28-14 on September 25. The Spartans built a 21-0 lead early in the game, scoring on their first three possessions. Troy rallied late, narrowing the gap to 21-14, but had a key touchdown called back due to a holding penalty. Huggins sealed the win with his fourth touchdown in the final quarter. Burnt Hills improves to 4-0 overall and 3-0 in Class A football, while Troy moves to 3-1 this season.
