Panthers benefit as Myles Garrett trades to Rams from Browns

The Carolina Panthers may have gained a tactical advantage following a significant trade between the Cleveland Browns and the Los Angeles Rams. The Browns have reportedly agreed to trade defensive end Myles Garrett to the Rams in exchange for pass rusher Jared Verse and a 2027 first-round pick. As a result, the Panthers will not have to face Garrett when they visit Cleveland in Week 3. Instead, they will prepare to meet Verse, who totaled 7.5 sacks last season, during their matchup at Huntington Bank Field on September 27.
