The Panthers have agreed to terms with linebacker Bobby Okereke as they finalize their 53-man roster. Okereke was previously with the Giants after four seasons with the Colts. He started all 46 games over three seasons for the Giants, amassing 385 tackles, 5.5 sacks, and two interceptions. In conjunction with his signing, the Panthers waived seven players, including defensive tackle Kyon Barrs and wide receiver Elijah Cooks. The team has not yet made the signing official.
