Parramatta Eels sign Steven Nunn and Liam Martin to contract extensions

The Parramatta Eels have secured the future of two junior prospects by signing Steven Nunn and Liam Martin to multi-year deals. Prop Steven Nunn has committed through the 2029 season, while fullback Liam Martin has signed a contract lasting until the end of 2028. Both players earned selection for the Australian Schoolboys team this season and are slated to join the junior Kangaroos for an upcoming match against the Junior Kumuls in October. The club has recently prioritized retaining internal talent, following similar extensions for Hayden Bell, Saxon Pryke, Christopher Petrus, and Ryda Talagi. These signings provide the Eels with a core group of emerging players as they prepare to conclude their season against the Dragons on Sunday. The club intends to transition several of these junior athletes into top 30 roster positions over the coming years.
