Parsippany Hills defeats rival Parsippany with 27-0 shutout victory

Parsippany Hills secured a 27-0 victory against Parsippany in a crosstown matchup held on Sept. 10. The Vikings offense, which struggled early, gained momentum following a penalty on a punt that extended a drive. Anthony Caponegro subsequently punched in a 2-yard touchdown run, followed by a 9-yard touchdown reception by Donovan Martell in the closing minute of the first half to establish a 14-0 lead. The Parsippany Hills defense remained dominant throughout the contest, limiting the opposition to just one offensive drive that crossed the 50-yard line.
