Philadelphia 76ers sign former New York Knicks forward Dillon Jones

Despite his limited playing time, New York head coach Mike Brown credited Jones with providing key psychological perspective during the organization's championship run. The 24-year-old former draft pick spent time with the Westchester Knicks last season, where he averaged 15.2 points and 6.1 assists per game. The deal with Philadelphia does not guarantee Jones a spot on the opening-night roster but offers a potential path to join the organization's G League affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats.
